Mission

The Diversity & Inclusion Council serves as the organization’s advisory board, bringing together members from across ITC Infotech to drive the D&I agenda. The council comprises employees, including senior leaders, who act on behalf of the organization to initiate and manage diversity and inclusion practices. It collaborates closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall business strategy and to institutionalize talent management practices that support and accelerate D&I goals.

    It spearheads meaningful change by leading from the top through focused efforts and messaging.

    Provides centralized leadership, ensuring coordinated and strategic direction to achieve the diversity goals.

    Holds the organization accountable for diversity efforts, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement

    Cultivates a culture of continuous improvement by benchmarking against industry standards and adopting best practices.
